WJS&A is currently working with Recovery in Community (RIC), as well as Baltimore City Healthy Start, to construct a capital campaign in order to facilitate the renovation of a 6,000 square foot property located at 1847 West Lexington Street.
The Echo House Project is a plan to construct a 24,000 square foot multi-service facility for the homeless, elderly, adolescents, and substance abusers.
WJS&A recently completed the new headquarters for the Institute for Behavioral Research. This 40,000 square feet, 6 story building located in Charles Village in Baltimore, required a major rehabilitation. WJS&A structured the financing, provided all development planning, and managed the design as well as all construction. This facility also houses the NASA mission to Mars behavioral Research Lab which is now fully operational.
