The Knox Mill Center
The Company is currently directing the redevelopment and                 
adaptive reuse of a 200,000 square foot historic mill complex in         
Camden, Maine.  Formerly Class A office space, approximately 56,000
square feet of the complex is being converted to thirty residential
condominiums, and roughly 25,000 square feet is to be converted into
ground floor retail.  The post-renovation value of the project is
estimated to be $27 million.

Bracebridge Estates
WJS&A recently directed the development and subdivision of 557 acres
of waterfront property located on the Chesapeake Bay.  The property is
approximately one hour from Baltimore on the Eastern Shore of
Maryland and will yield approximately 108 residential building lots.  
Existing facilities on the property include a 38,000 square foot mansion
and conference facility, as well as two guest houses and several stables
and barns, all of which are planned for use as a private club.  Total
estimated value at record plat is $33 million.

UMB BioPark Building 2
In 2004/2005 WJS&A spearheaded the acquisition, consolidation and
predevelopment planning of three properties on West Baltimore Street
for the development of a six story biotech research building at the
University of Maryland BioPark.  This new 245,000 square foot “wet lab”
facility will be the second of several buildings in UMB’s $500 million
BioPark.  Construction is roughly 25% complete and the total project
cost for Building 2 is estimated to be $30 million.

Fayette Street Apartments
In 1992 WJS&A acted as a fee developer and performed a complete
rehabilitation of four apartment buildings on West Fayette Street in
Baltimore, Maryland.  The Company’s responsibilities included financial
packaging as well as general construction.  All four buildings were
significantly restored with new systems and structural repairs.  In 2004
the Company structured a joint venture to acquire the four apartment
buildings and significantly renovated the units into luxury apartments.  
The complex contains one, two and three bedrooms units and is
located one block from University of Maryland Baltimore.  Total project
cost was in excess of $2 million.

Institute for Behavioral Research Laboratory
The Company recently completed the development planning, financial
packaging, and renovation/construction of a six story building in
Baltimore.  The 42,000 square foot facility houses the NASA “Mission to
Mars” behavioral science laboratory.  The total project cost was
approximately $3.7 million.

Woodland Avenue Treatment Facility
In July 2006, the Company placed a 30,000 square foot residential
facility into service.  The facility is new construction located on a four
acre site and houses a residential treatment program.  WJS&A’s role
was comprehensive and included site identification, site acquisition,
financial packaging, design supervision, project and construction
management and project cost control.  The total project cost was
approximately $5.6 million.

Ducktrap Retreat
The Ducktrap Retreat is a luxury conference and event center located in
Lincolnville, Maine.  The property boasts a 5,600 square foot conference
center with seven adjoining hotel rooms.  There are also five two-
bedroom cabins, tennis and basketballs courts, walking paths and
panoramic views of Penobscot Bay.  For more detail click here.
