Fayette Street Apartments
WJS&A acquired and substantially
rehabilitated four apartment buildings in
the 700 block of West Fayette Street.  
These four townhouses (built around the
turn of the century) contain a total of
fifteen apartment units and are located just
off Martin Luther King Boulevard, and
across from the University of Maryland’s
Baltimore campus.  Additionally, one block
away the University of Maryland is
currently developing a BioPark at an
estimated cost of over $500 million.
